Amy Blackman is an actor and acting coach living in New York City.

Amy recently played the title role in The Daughter-in-Law by D.H. Lawrence with Mint Theater Company

After studying with him for over a decade, Amy is a coaching associate for Bob Krakower. She loves supporting actors tell stories in every medium.

Her TV credits include appearances on HBO’s The Deuce, NBC’s New Amsterdam, CBS’s Madam Secretary and FBI: Most Wanted. Stage credits include the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Angels in America, as well as leading roles at The Old Globe, Cleveland Playhouse, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Cincinnati Playhouse, Gulfshore Playhouse, and Tantrum Theater.  

She holds a BFA from the University of Michigan and an MFA from The Old Globe/University of San Diego.
